Building an offshore team sounds complicated. Here's how we make it simple.

Design the roles

Weeks 1-2

The project begins with defining success for the new offshore role(s) and creating a profile of your ideal hire. 

From there we get in the weeds so you don’t have to and guide you through the “fun” work including selecting the best country to hire from, determining compensation & benefits, and deciding how to legally employ offshore staff. 

This will give us everything we need to write & run your playbook for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Build the team

Weeks 2-5

Hiring well is HARD in the US, let alone in a foreign country. We’ll implement a region-specific recruitment strategy to generate a strong candidate pool and join the interviews to ensure you make the right hire.

Start the engine

Weeks 5-6

We work side-by-side during “Go Live” to ensure the rubber meets the road seamlessly by partnering on: tech & vendor implementation, facilitating training, integrating your offshore and onshore teams, and running the performance management process.

Monitor results

Weeks 6-18

During the next 90-days we’ll do monthly deep-dives into your offshore team’s performance and provide “Support Hours” to navigate any unexpected bumps in the road.
